“Best Hotel In Seattle”
Most amazing rooms ever. The hotel exceeded our expectations and in the best possible location. We were over the moon with this place.
“Great place to stay”
This is a great hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights. It's centralized to many restaurants and only 4-5 blocks from the market. The staff was very friendly and everytime we needed ice they would bring it up. The Bartenders at the library bar were super cool and poured really good drinks. Had breakfast in bed one morning and nothing was forgotten when room service dropped it off. Also every day we got back from our excursions the room was tidy and new towels were in place. The room is very clean and beds are really comfortable. We will be back for sure on the next visit.... Oh yah and the place is pet friendly. The only downside is that it's a tad pricey, but so worth it in the end. We got a better deal off Expedia.
“I'd go again!”
We had a very nice 2 night stay. The hotel was clean and very attractive. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and well stocked with amenities (although very high priced) and the bathroom was great. The staff were friendly and willing to answer questions but we weren't informed as to needing to make reservations for the continental breakfast and the wine social only offered one white wine.
“An excellent choice.”
A very comfortable Hotel. The Rooms are very attractively decorated. The Service was top notch. The Breakfast was likely good with axcellent Service. Dinner was not offered due to the Christmas Season. I would return anytime.
“Very gracious.”
For us it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were all very friendly and courteous, the room was exquisite and over-all we would definately recommend a stay in this jewell of a hotel.
“Great Little Hotel with attentive staff”
This hotel is located very conveniently to the waterfront and downtown Seattle, and the staff is very helpful. We had a problem getting our boarding pass for our next stop, (the airline had not provided a confirmation code), but the desk clerk jumped right in, got the confirmation code and the boarding pass. They were also quite helpful on directions to local spots we wanted to see. Good place to stay.
“Excellent Hotel”
Just a couple blocks from the downtown market it was exactly the right location for me.
“I love Klimpton Hotels!”
Each is unique in it's own way....the staff seems hand-picked for their customer service skills.
“Excellent hotel...HUGE rooms...not walking distance to Pike's”
The hotel was beautiful. Our room was huge, probably twice the size of most rooms. Everything was perfect. My only dissapointment is that I thought it was within walking distance to Pike's Place Market but due to the very steep hills on some streets the hotel ends up too far a walk to the market. The valet is also quite pricey. I believe it was $30-35 per day. But the service was excellent as was the hotel.
“Great hotel”
This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Our room was exceptionally spacious, clean and comfortable and unlike so many other places we've stayed at, it felt like home immediately. We loved the artwork and the eclectic furniture and the large plant in our room added a nice, homey touch. On the last evening, we did experience a problem with the safe which refused to open. We were tired from a long road trip and had to get up early to get to the airport the next morning. The weekend staff appeared inexperienced and uncertain on how to handle the problem (which caused some anxiety and panic on our part). After some phone calls to an offsite manager, the situation was resolved within about an hour and we were able to retrieve our belongings. In general, the staff was very professional and helpful, however. Highly recommend this hotel.
