"We had an amazing time at Ibis, staff were lovely, breakfast very good, bed, shower all very comfortable, we were able to leave our luggage safely and go explore London before checking in which was great, it's so easy for transport as Shepherds Bush is on the Central Line very handy for most attractions. I really recommend it. "

"Overall, it’s a comfortable stay. However the services are slow. I requested for room slippers which was chargeable (£3) I dont know why chargeable but never sent to me despite I was okay to pay. Gym services were bad as per a 4 star standard "

"It was a smaller room, but for the price in London it was a great deal! It was very clean, they came in everyday while we were gone and cleaned the room and changed the sheets every 4 days. Private bathroom which was nice, around a few restaurants/bars. Not too bad. But it sits right next to a bar which gets a little loud on the weekend. That is my only complaint. "
