Brilliant location close to Westfield and the tube station. Reasonably priced on site parking which is always a bonus. Friendly, helpful staff…..shall definitely stay here again.

Overall, I loved this property and the staff, who were so helpful! Although it was further away from the center of London than I thought it would be, I really enjoyed my stay. I also took advantage of their spa services, which were excellent!

Lovely Spot in London

Love staying at the K West Hotel & Spa. It's in a lovely, quiet location but near to shopping, transport, restaurants, everything you need and want. Staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure that things are running smoothly and that their guests are happy. We will be back.

The room is big with a large desk. There is a kitchen area which enable breakfast to be made easily (no cooking facilities). the small was cold enough.

Great stay, staff are friendly, efficient and super helpful. Room ok little bit tired looking, but I believe the hotel is closing soon for a refurb. Bed comfortable. Room air conditioning did not work properly, but I opened the window vents and it kept the room cool. Room service food all fine. Spa staff are fab and very welcoming, had an excellent deep tissue massage.

We were given a free upgrade which we were grateful but if it’s meant to be a better room surely the bath wouldn’t be rusty, plug broken, tables dirty. The corridor smelt of sewage . This place use to be nice and clean now it’s awful for what you pay.

Meh hotel; AMAZING spa

The bathroom seemed a bit dated and the toilet itself wasn't updated with eco options. The sink had hot and cold knobs but the cold required a lot of turning before more than a trickle of water could come out. What I really loved was the SPA. Oh wow - they have done a great job there. Unfortunately, though the room was fine, the king-sized bed was really just 2 singles pushed together. And since I was on my own, I prefer to sleep in the middle (which had the seam). Overall, the stay was average.
