The fees I was charged were much higher than those listed on Expedia. The shower was malfunctioning with low pressure and switching from cold to hot water. The food at the restaurant was not very good but very pricey. Unable to get a receipt at the end of my stay. Offered to receive a copy via e-mail but still waiting for it. Overall, not a very nice stay.

Easy access to all terminals via the tube. Also easy access via the Piccadilly line to Central London. Facilities were very clean. Great accommodation for a 2 day stay.

This is, without doubt, the best place to stay if you're planning on flying from Heathrow T5. A short (covered) walk to the terminal. Restaurants, quality of food and staff are really good. It can be pricey staying there but worth it in my opinion.
