What was the bad hotel I have been in my life and it’s hot and no eircondsher no air in the room and to hot I can’t sleep I have to be out till 3 am then I go take shower then leave to my air port not good hotel so bad I pay a lot of money for nothing

I liked the proximity to theBritish Museum and the gardens in the square I forgot to mentio that I used a wheelchair so the triple room i booked wss a little crowddd but we managed

Convenient for large groups, as there are rooms with multiple beds (even 4)! However, the hotel is not one I’d recommend for 1 or 2 people, as the experience is not great. The staff can be rude, and there are so many large groups like schools and sports teams that can be very overwhelming. The luggage storage and the lift/elevator system are both a disaster.

I stayed with two others in a triple room and it was perfectly fine. Tight, but clean and the beds were very comfortable. Oddly, housekeeping knocked on our door around 9am to find out when we were checking out. Also, we couldn’t find any AC so we kept the window open and it was very loud.
