Can’t beat the location. The room was above my expectations in size and the two windows lots of light. The room is exactly as shown on the site. Staff were outstanding. I will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

The location was excellent, right off the Leicester Square Station. So getting to different tourist attractions around London was easy. However the Leicester Square is closed off to car traffic and my Uber driver could not drop me at the hotel's front door. I became lost trying to find the hotel as street signs are located up on the buildings and not on the street as I am in used to at home. I would recommend keeping their phone number handy if staying there for your first time. I would definitely stay at Victory House again.

Spacious, clean room with lovely comfortable bed and thoughtful furnishings including refreshments, fridge and safe. Air con/ heating very easy to operate. Outstanding service from every member of staff, all friendly enough to be welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable enough to be professional. A really excellent team of people in a great spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at the victory house. The location is fantastic right In Leicester Square, and yet it wasn’t noisy in our room on the 4th floor. The staff was awesome they were helpful and friendly all the time and we appreciated their service. Our only complaints were that the elevator was broken during our entire five night stay, so the wait was long to use the only elevator in service. Also, we did not have hot water in our sink it was only lukewarm. It was odd considering the shower worked with no issues. But overall this is a great hotel and would definitely recommend

Our first room had a badly maintained/damaged bathroom floor but the staff were excellent and moved us as soon as another room became free. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were quiet despite overlooking a very busy Leicester Square. I’m not sure it deserves 4 star rating as bathrooms although cleaned well were tired and therefore didn’t really look that clean. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

Victory House is very well located, right in Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the square. The area is always lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and the Tube station is just a few steps away, which is very convenient. We arrived early, and the staff kindly stored our luggage for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable with good AC for summer time :) Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Victory House for its excellent location and friendly service.

Overall really great stay. A few quarks - one elevator was out for the entire weeks stay, and sometimes had to go up to go down. Additionally, the air conditioner would go out from time to time. Typically fixed pretty quickly - but during really hot days was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, rooms here very clean, and staff wonderful and friendly. Note that the restaurant for breakfast is at an adjacent hotel, and the lobby drink service is sold through the front desk and not an actual bar. The location was great. Be prepared though, you are essentially in the Times Square of London - so if hustle and bustle isn’t your thing - you might find the area overwhelming, but it is incredibly convenient to get to use the underground and get to many of the main attractions. I would consider this property for my next stay.

A lovely deluxe double room on the 6th floor with everything we needed . Staff were very friendly and helpful , we could leave our baggage easily with them for a later check in and it was minutes to the theatre . Absolutely perfect for us .
