Great location. Right in the Centre of the tourist area but on a quiet street. Everything was walking distance, Soho, Covent Garden, Regent Street etc. easy tube access as well. Rooms were small but enough for two small bags. Very clean, neat and basic amenities. Staff were very helpful and overall a good experience.

Location was good. Hotel was just okay. For $450.00 US dollars I expected more. Bathroom had some soap scum. Not filthy but I’ve seen cleaner. Fire alarm or something similar kept going off in the middle of the day. For the money, I would definitely shop around. Should’ve done that myself.

The hotel was clean, had a/c and the staff were nice. It was located right at Leicester square so lots of busy nightlife right outside our window. It didn’t keep us awake because we were so tired every night but there was music going from the club next door that we were unaware of while booking. It never stopped. All night long you could hear the music.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms for London! Excellent location, steps away from the tube and many bus routes. Front desk staff are very friendly and breakfast at the sister hotel is fantastic. Beware there is a mezzanine floor with half windows; though they let in plenty of light. There is only one elevator working and it can take a while to get as it seems to only go all the way up and all the way down. It can also get quite noisy in Leicester Square, but that’s the price for an excellent location. Would stay again!

The hotel is perfectly positioned right on the edge of Leicester Square, perfect for theatre land and shopping the rooms were clean and well appointed but OMG was it noisy. First night of our stay the base of the music was bouncing until 4am, then the bin wagon appeared to empty the bottle bins. At reception they offered to move our rooms (we had 2) and told us there was a casino and strip club next door and that’s the sound was coming from. We didn’t move but I did go and invest in a decent set of ear plugs for the second night. It’s a real shame as the hotel it’s self was fabulous other than that.

Can’t beat the location. The room was above my expectations in size and the two windows lots of light. The room is exactly as shown on the site. Staff were outstanding. I will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

The location was excellent, right off the Leicester Square Station. So getting to different tourist attractions around London was easy. However the Leicester Square is closed off to car traffic and my Uber driver could not drop me at the hotel's front door. I became lost trying to find the hotel as street signs are located up on the buildings and not on the street as I am in used to at home. I would recommend keeping their phone number handy if staying there for your first time. I would definitely stay at Victory House again.

Spacious, clean room with lovely comfortable bed and thoughtful furnishings including refreshments, fridge and safe. Air con/ heating very easy to operate. Our first room had a badly maintained/damaged bathroom floor but the staff were excellent and moved us as soon as another room became free. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were quiet despite overlooking a very busy Leicester Square. I’m not sure it deserves 4 star rating as bathrooms although cleaned well were tired and therefore didn’t really look that clean. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

Victory House is very well located, right in Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the square. The area is always lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and the Tube station is just a few steps away, which is very convenient. We arrived early, and the staff kindly stored our luggage for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable with good AC for summer time :) Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Victory House for its excellent location and friendly service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the victory house. The location is fantastic right In Leicester Square, and yet it wasn’t noisy in our room on the 4th floor. The staff was awesome they were helpful and friendly all the time and we appreciated their service. Our only complaints were that the elevator was broken during our entire five night stay, so the wait was long to use the only elevator in service. Also, we did not have hot water in our sink it was only lukewarm. It was odd considering the shower worked with no issues. But overall this is a great hotel and would definitely recommend
