Property has very poor access for people with luggage and One needs to climb up the staircase to reach the property. It would be useful if Radisson provided ramp or lift for customers..

I’ve stayed in hotels in 14 different countries and this was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Perhaps some people like old hotels but this one lacked modern convenience and safety measures. You have very little room in the room to put anything. It’s even hard getting in the room because there’s a giant desk basically blocking the door from opening. You have like a foot to navigate. Outlets are not anywhere close to the bed. The adaptors that should fit the UK outlets randomly stop working. The bath tub is like 3 feet off the ground making it dangerous to get in/out plus the floor floods anytime you shower because there is no real door or curtain to stop the water from spraying out. Dangerous. There was one girl who worked at the main desk who was helpful, but everyone else including the manager were unhelpful and condescending over the issues we faced at this hotel. Someone came into our room (probably maintenance) even though we had a sign up declining housekeeping. They didn’t introduce themselves or apologize. I was showering and my mom was napping. It scared us both. We called the front desk and they put me on a long hold—long enough that I hung up. I expected they’d call back immediately. 3 hours went by without anyone checking on us or making sure we weren’t hurt or scared. Very unprofessional and no apology was made by the manager. I felt the hospitality of this hotel was extremely lacking and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Breakfasts don’t start til 7/ 7:30–too late!

NEVER AGAIN!!! I've stayed at that hotel several times before, and liked in very much, but will not come back. Got no perks at all as VIP guest, got no cleaning one day even after asking, shower towels were with stains, breakfast became very poor in comparison with previous times. TV worked AWFULLY!!! The only remaining plus is location, but there are many similar places nearby.

I have travelled to Europe quite a bit, so do understand the rooms are smaller than I expect in North America. However, this room was tiny. I room to move at all. The drains were barely draining in the sink and tub. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Coffee and fridge in room were nice. Gym was ok but only fit 2 people max. Ultimately because the rooms were so cramped and hot, I likely wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. Tiny rooms. Great people. Tiny elevator. Great housekeeping staff. Tiny hallways. Noteworthy restaurant. Great towels. Great rates for area. Better focus needed as our sink drained slowly and TV did not function properly due to a bad cable. Summary: Ambitious property in need of attention to detail.

First of all thanks to Stephanie in Vanderbilt Radisson Blu, we booked twin bed room but when we reached to hotel , it was fully booked and not available ... Stephanie helped us to solve problem and she sent us to do Hampshire Radisson Blu in central London. She even insisted to pay taxi fee from Vanderbilt to Hampshire... When we checked out from hotel, she also called us whether everything was good during stay , we are happy to stay at Radisson Blu in London. We will back to Vanderbilt after 3 days again. Hampshire location is the best for walking around. Our next trip we will stay in Vanderbilt and see, but if you are able to use underground (subway) then both are very convinent to reach everywhere in London.
