Good value hotel directly adjacent to the excel exhibition centre. Easy to reach via the tube. Fabulous view of Canary Wharf & surrounds. On the flight path to city airport. Modern & clean.

Room was not very clean and looked dusty.We had to stay with kids but the room/ floor carpet looked dusty and not very good. There were no toiletries provided, as I was not carrying everything to take a shower The tea cups and glass were very dusty,as we were looking to prepare some coffee.qap As I paid for 3 people stay there were not coffee/sugar or sufficient supplies provided.

check in was good - friendly receptionist who communicated well. check out was unimpressive - unfriendly receptionist who spent too much time looking at her phone before responding to me. Needs retraining on the power of a friendly face as they represent the face of the company. she asked the right questions, but the body language was negative.
