Great location for visiting the O2. We arrived early but the staff on the check in desk were very accommodating, allowing us to book in early and also upgrading our room at no extra cost. We found all of the staff polite and helpful and will definitely stay here in the future.

Not a 4 star hotel and not superior room. You are better off staying at Travelodge. Bathroom is small and needs updating, toilet is separate from bathroom. Carpets were stained and dirty in bedroom. This is not worth £159 for one night and on top of eveything you have to pay £25 to park your car. Staff were friendly.

Bad experience and dirty
The experience was terrible. Firstly, they offered me a room with all sockets without electricity and so not functioning of water boiler and TV. Since there was no telephone connection, I needed to come down the reception to report the faulty but only to be offered a change of room after coming down twice in person to the reception. There are stains on carpet and the bath tube. You don't want to use the bath tube when you still see the dirt on it. It was a bad design to have the loo and the shower room put in separate room. Total experience is not valued for money. I will no longer stay in Novotel hotel in any country in the future.
