Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to an underground and 15-20min walk to hot spots. The apartment was not that clean, the floor was full of dust and dirt, we had to clean it ourselves as well as the carpets under the beds

Beautiful and spacious property everything about it was lovely… it was better than expected. The balcony was huge everything we need for the weekend was there. The tram station was close and a variety of food places close by. When I come to London it will be the first accommodation I will be looking at.

Loved it. Easy access to tubes and the whole city opens up. For those who love a gym I recommend puregym just down the street, they do day or week passes.

1週間の滞在でルームサービスが全く無いとは知らなかった。そうであれば、掃除機などの掃除道具や予備のタオルなどを用意して欲しい。また、洗濯機などの電気製品のマニュアルが無く、使用に際して困った。 あと、レースのカーテンが無いので、向かいの建物から中が丸見えなのも問題である。施設は新しく快適なのに、こう言った細かい点に配慮が無かったので不満が残った。
