Front desk and Cucina staff weren’t the nicest during our stay. Elevators were slow and small and made it hard to quickly get to the room. Bathroom also smelled awful upon arrival. But it was safe and convenient and cheap so it did alright

Excellent location. Walkable to just about everything you need in London. Good access to the tube and cabs. They are extremely small and a bit rundown. Wi-Fi is spotty. The restaurant is extremely overpriced for what you got, but there are many, many restaurants in easy walking distance. The staff were competent and friendly. There is no air conditioning, so, if it is extremely hot, this might not be where you want to stay during the summer. There are excellent views from some of the rooms and hall windows.

I am extremely disappointed with the Hotel. The recent IT outages caused my flight to be canceled, which was beyond my control. Despite numerous attempts to cancel my booking through Expedia, I was unsuccessful after begging and waiting for hours. As a result, I lost both my flight and my hotel reservation, completely ruining my vacation. I am incredibly upset about this experience. I was left with voluminous amounts of credit card bills and no vacation.

Check in staff were lovely and we were even upgraded to one of the new refurbished rooms. Room was small but perfect for what we needed. Nice central location and and nice 30 min stroll back to King’s Cross

Great location near to Tottenham Court Rd station in the heart of London, decent well maintained rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Competitive prices too. Downside…no means of regulating temperature in room, no air con or fan, meaning open window being the only option to keep room cool. Very noisy so had very little sleep

I haven't stayed at this hotel for a long time so it was nice to see that it has improved greatly and he has lots of extras it didn't have before and there's both discount for the restaurant as well

I stayed in one of the Executive rooms right up in the attic & it was fab. Great location right beside Oxford St & the tube. Lively bar in the evening. Helpful & friendly team. Really enjoyed my stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the center of central London. However, the room was tiny and we did not unpack our luggage during our 5 day stay because there is no space to navigate anything. It was very hot, and there is no air conditioning in the hotel. There are no curtains on the sole window and we hear all the street noise. They have been refurbishing the hotel for the past 3 years so it may get better.

Hotel is in a great spot to explore central London easily. My room, which was a superior room, was deffo lacking in superior. Quite small and very average facilities. Not sure if it was entirely worth the money but hey, it was central London.
