Alert! please do not order food from the room service. i was shocked by their food. it was just horrible experience. they can't even make the easiest spaghettis. we threw out of doors two times and never used their dining room service during our stay. the hair dryer was old and cheapest quality. the coffee machine was out of order. the sink was noisy at the end of use.

Amazing stay with my husband and girls! They made everything simple, convenient and easy. So many restaurants in walking distance. We were even able to do a hop-on hop-off bus tour last minute since there was a stop close by. It was our first trip to London and we are already looking to return.
