We had a very nice stay. The room was spacious. We were woken up by the guests next door due to the fact we were given a connecting room. This meant the room was not completely sound proof which was the biggest disappointment. Staff were otherwise friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for exploring the West End and being so close to Regents Park is great. Breakfast was impressive and the bar staff were really attentive, bringing complimentary crisps and olives throughout the night. The cocktails were perhaps a bit disappointing but there is otherwise a full drinks menu.
