The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing. I've never put this in a written review, but the hotel was perfect. It also is located in a great location if you are in town to see the sights or visit great restaurants. You can walk almost everywhere, and for those places further out, you are a half block from the Holborn station. We traveled with two early teenage boys and they had a blast. We stayed in a family room which we thought might be small, but we had more space than we expected (even for 8 days). Overall, this is a great hotel if you want to experience the best of London.
