Room was clean and comfortable, staff couldn’t be nicer, coffee shop downstairs is excellent. Great location right next to the pedestrian bridge over the river that takes you to the Tate and the Globe. Wish I had stayed longer!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very welcoming staff who were ready to assist in any way possible. Room was clean and well prepared. Would stay here for my next trip back to London.

Very comfortable room, soft bed and nice bathrooom. The kitchenette was well provisioned. Staff were cheerful and helpful. The hotel was young and trendy, perhaps I’m a bit older than there target market. Location was execellent, very central but fairly quiet. The lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter is the only suggestion I could make.

Great place to stay, really good location and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Very friendly and efficient. The rooms are compact and comfortable with everything you need. Clean and modern. Great location near millennium bridge. Lovely coffee shop and workspace downstairs. Highly recommended.

The room was spotless, fresh an comfortable. The staff were, extremely helpful,polite and professional. The hob was not working, it was highlighted for their maintenance team. This was the only small issues. However the microwave/oven served sufficiently for us.
Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Great location and the room and ambience were perfect. The staff were super attentive (Toby). Cannot recommend this place enough.

While the rooms are small ( by Australian standards) they were wonderfully clean and comfortable. Excellent location for discovering London- would absolutely stay again
A quick stop over for a friends party, good location along the Thames path, walking distance of tube stations. Easy check in and v clean room, large towels and good facilities. No natural light, which was okay for 1 night stay. Apartments are linked with a coffee shop, so if needed drinks/nibbles/breakfast available.
