"Our room was outstanding, and the customer service was lovely. They arranged parking for our 2nd car free of charge which was a relief. My only small complaint was that I chose to pay for the room at the property, rather than when I booked it on Hotels.com. Hotels.com indicated that it would be the same price either way. But when I got to the property to pay, they added a 1.5% 'surcharge' for paying with credit card, but offered no other way to pay. "

"Good place to stay - I needed a place with a kitchen washer/dryer and this place was perfect. Right on the beach so you can enjoy the ocean. Included was car port parking and they accommodated my late check-in. Rooms are nice and comfy. 7th floor view is also very nice - There is a pool, bbq area on the roof. Recommended if you need a place to stay and can take care of your own needs. Area has many nearby groceries, restaurants, cafes, drug stores."

Building works and road works around the apartment block, but we knew about this prior to our arrival, and wasn’t a problem to us Our only issue was the owner of our apartment took over our allocated parking spot 2 days into our stay for the rest of the week. "Stayed here before and we'll ba back again in the future. Perfect location. Spacious accommodation. Everything you need in the apartment and everything within a walk. Shops pub and restaurants. We were in a 2 bedder at the back so our bedroom was faced out to Pearl St. So the one downside is if you like to sleep in there's a fair bit of traffic noise from about 6:30 on. "

"Easy early checkin. Room was very clean and new. Ryan(front desk) was so nice to get me a coffee when I woke up at 340am and was preparing to leave for an early flight. All i said was I wish I had some coffee and he went above and beyond to get my wife and I a cup when everything was closed. Archie at the roof top bar was very engaging and great to talk to.
