Beaches on Wave, was safe, comfortable, clean with on site secure and easy parking. The Manager and staff were great and the property suited our needs. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay on the Gold Coast.

Advertised as having a clothes dryer, which it did not. I was not advised during check-in and the host (and Expedia) didn't allow me to cancel the rest of my stay. They offered to take my laundry or reimburse me for laundry services, however with the office being open only a few hours a day (2-5 PM???), travelling with limited clothing and three Children, those weren't solutions. After 2-3 days of trying to resolve the problem with Expedia and the host, Expedia gave me a $100 credit, which I did not ask for and is useless as I will not be using Expedia again. The suite wasn't clean, floors were swept but otherwise dirty, furniture was greasy. The shower door and drain didn't work property, which allowed water to flow into and pool in the washroom. Try to keep you feet clean after showering but having to step onto a wet floor that hasn't been washed. Pots and pans were missing lids and the Teflon coating was coming off. Supplies provided (soaps., etc.) were sufficient for only 1-2 days. Location was good, 5 min walk to the beach. Otherwise, the pictures don't show the actual experience you will receive. Spend your families resources (time and money) on a once in a life-time vacation having fun and creating great memories, not trying to resolve problems and feeling like you've been taken to the cleaners.

Comfortable accommodation, it had everything we needed, within walking distance to the beach and shops. Regarding cleanliness, apart from the dirty walls and the cutlery drawer needing attention, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and easy parking. We would stay there again.

The room we had was perfect for our situation. We did get small ants every night when we returned home which was very annoying. No elevator so stairs could be an issue for some people, but we were fine.

Great Communication, great area, Get up, Get dressed, head out and explore, or Put ya bathers on and head down to the pool/spa, loved it, Nobbys Surf club end of street, beach great, awesome walk to Surfers along the beach, Yorkie is a great place for a meal, so many options, needs double glazed back bedroom. 😍

Good location. Good communication on check in. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not stocked with enough cutlery and crockery. The apartment had not been properly cleaned, as I found belongings from a previous guest there.

The service and communication from Felix was fantastic. Our room was dated which was fine but it was also dirty. There were marks on the floor which showed it hadn't been mopped. The shower was all mouldy. The bathroom cupboard and kitchen drawers had dirt in them. I didn’t want to touch anything or use anything from the kitchen. There was a horrible stink so we had to leave early the next morning which was really frustrating as were were supposed to be there 2 days. It was not relaxing. The exterior, pool and location were fantastic. It was an easy walk to Miami Marketa for dinner. Beware of the road works too as they were working late into the night close by.

Beautiful property and very central to the beach any any shops you might need. The pool was well maintained. My low rating was due to how hard and uncomfortable the bed, couch and all furniture was in the apartment I stayed in. There was nowhere you could sit, relax or sleep in comfort. It felt very unwelcoming in that respect. I couldn't stay there again as my body ached from the first night till the last. Dust was an issue in the apartment with the bedroom having a thick layer of dust in the mirror and pelmet. The fly screen was very torn in the bedroom but there was no insect issues. The shower had mould around the screen. Be aware that this apartment does not have any lifts also. It's a shame as if only there was comfort and a little more care with cleaning I would visit again.
