C parking was easy room was old tired run down carpet worn out and dirty ,bathroom was old rust around taps bathrooms sinks were delaminating ,kitchen was poorly fitted Construction going on ,on all sides noise was constant,could not sit on balcony or by pool because of this not worth the cost
The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and a great location. Unfortunately the new condo was being constructed directly in front of our view and although the work didn’t obstruct our view the crane and operator was directly at our level on the 23rd floor. Fortunately we were out and about during most of the work hours. Just needed to be a little careful from 6 am to 7:30 am before we left for the day.

No obstruction of the beach. The only issue is that the unit on arrival was not in the expected clean condition. Property Manager was not made aware of this matter until departure
Carpets in the apartment were disgusting with stains, all carpet flooring needs replacing immediately with some type of hard flooring.
The carpet also had not been vacuumed properly and there was visible dirt and hair. View was impeded by large crane in construction site in front of balcony. There was a lot of construction noise and loud tradie’s music blaring with the exception of Sunday. 1/4 of the outdoor pool was taped off with safety tape incase something was dropped from the next door construction site. I would avoid this property until surrounding construction was completed and until the flooring issue is addressed.

Accomodation was great for our family, great beach access and views. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, but overall pretty good. Construction was a bit annoying but we had plenty of warning so knew that would be the case. Would definitely stay here again.
Very tired and dated apartment. Globe missing from bedside lamp. Safety issue. Sink plug didn’t close. Couldn’t retain water. No curtains or blinds on East facing lounge room. Very worn and uncomfortable lounge seating. Extremely dirty and foul filter in dishwasher. Carpet had ripples causing trip hazards. Poor range of cooking ware.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in a 3 bedroom modern apartment on the 26th floor. Views were phenomenal and the indoor and outdoor pools were very well maintained.
Yes, there’s some construction taking place around the area but we weren’t bothered by it at all.

Great apartment and perfect size for our family. Few small issues with cleanliness - bit of hair here and there as well as some dust. Also no consumables, minimal soap, toilet paper and detergent, BYO. There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area. The development occurring in front of the property starts a 6.30am 6 days a week bit noisy.
