Very nice, clean and tidy place, receptionist were great, all of them. The pool is a very nice feature, and the views are amazing

The accommodation is in a very convenient location if you want to access the cbd, south bank or inner city hospitals. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. No internet available even though it was to be included in room rate, offered a monetary compensation for no internet but it still hasn’t shown up in bank account. No vip reward as per Expedia website, this was not Expedia’s fault. Couldn’t shut the bedroom door as the bed was too large for the room. It should have been a pleasant stay but overall we’re pretty disappointed

The location and ease of access was grest for my stay. There was no hair dryer in this unit which wasnt ideal. Everything else was good

Dirty area with some very dodgy people around. Also we had booked a package with a bottle of wine which we never received. We were allocated a room that faced onto a wall, instead of a window view.
