The location was perfect, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable of their jobs and they’re kind and courteous as well. It’s an older hotel which has been well maintained and updates have been made over the years. Our room was pretty, well equipped with amenities and very comfortable. "There was a mold smell when we got there. I asked Destiny, the lady at the front desk, to send maintenance and check the filter. Turns out it hadn’t been changed in years!! That was A bit disconcerting, but they took care of it and after a couple hours, the smell went away. Destiny was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay mainly because of her."

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Breafast brunch had nice options. Was not super happy to pay for hotel parking (Valet) of $42 a night. In addition, the street noise was a huge distraction at night. Music and sounds of engines of cars and trucks etc... Wish we would have had a room with better acoustics. Otherwise a very very enjoyable stay. Thanks and hope to be back in San Antonio again soon enough. "

"The Omni La Mansión Hotel at the Riverwalk in San Antonio was a perfect venue for my husband and I to spend our 50th wedding anniversary at! The location was perfect, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable of their jobs and they’re kind and courteous as well. It’s an older hotel which has been well maintained and updates have been made over the years. Our room was pretty, well equipped with amenities and very comfortable. We had a narrow balcony through our French doors which opened to the street (it was a nice area to have my morning, coffee and pastry). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni at the Riverwalk in San Antonio Texas. When we come back for another visit, we’re about four hours away, will definitely choose to stay with your hotel again thank you so much. And, kudos to all of your Omni staff."
