Dirtiest room I’ve stayed in, in a long time. Shower was lined with red mold, the water leaked, more like flowed, from the shower so bad that it went into the hallway. Had to put towels on the floor of the shower it was that dirty and gross. Hand towels had stains on them. Room was very noisy, must have been beside a bunch of water heaters or tanks because it sounded like a toilet flush every 30 seconds-a minute. Asked for a blanket and got a comforter sanitary sheet, like that does any good. Super disappointed because the reviews seemed okay. Also parking was $32/day, I’ve paid less at the Boca Raton. Never written a review on here but feel the need to for this one.

Paying $32 a night for parking is ridiculous. I've never had to pay for parking at any other Hampton, before booking here it would have been nice to be warned about parking fees instead of "Parking available" which to me is false advertising. The beds were so uncomfortable and the sheets had yellow stains. The water in the tub would back up. This will be the first and last time I will ever stay here.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were great and had excellent service. I like to thank the young man( 17 year old) working the front desk. He was super kind and always greeted. Actually the whole staff at the front desk were great. I have stayed at many hotels and the staff here at this property was probably one of the best in hospitality. The cleaning ladies were great also and always asked if we needed our cleaned. I didn't drive but I do think the rate is too high, those are NYC prices( I live in NYC). Definitely would stay here again!

The outlet in the bathroom did not work, the shower curtain was ripped off on the bottom which let most of the shower water to run out all over the bathroom floor, there was a roach on the shower floor, had trouble with blind working properly, no exhaust fan in bathroom.

We always stay at Hampton Inn’s all over America and love the beds but for some reason our king bed was a hard bed. Neither of us slept well at all. There was hair in the bathroom shower when we opened shower door. Also, housekeeper walked in, no knock, just key opened in on my spouse naked as she was walking into restroom by front door

Very friendly staff, from the front desk, maintenance and the woman that works the breakfast. Very walkable to the Riverwalk area (about 10min), not a gorgeous area - completely surrounded by other hotels. My room was clean and comfortable
