Had a wonderful time at Intercontinental hotel. Rooftop bar and pool was a fun! Rooms are very nicely decorated and downtown view was beautiful. Juan at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful time.

I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in San Antonio and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the valet service was very welcoming and attentive. The front desk staff was also great — check-in was smooth and they were very friendly. The room was spotless, very clean, and truly felt luxurious. You can tell they pay attention to the details, which made the stay even better. We also loved the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was just as good. The manager was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect during our visit. This will definitely be my go-to hotel every time I come back to San Antonio. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel but not great location on the Riverwalk. Valet parking was a ridiculous price of $65 per night and the none valet parking option was in a very sketchy garage. Room was nice and clean, restaurant was good for breakfast. Was not a good choice for going to a concert at the Majestic Theater, walking late at night back to hotel was not safe.
