"We thought the actual hotel was fine, it was easy to find, there was plenty of free parking available and the members of staff we met were most helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom sink was almost blocked but we mentioned it to reception and I got the clear impression they would deal with it immediately! We only stayed one night but would stay again if we were in the area. "

"Brilliant stay, very welcoming service with every question and ask seen to rather quickly. Hotel is slightly out of Stratford which requires you to drive into the town centre which isn’t a major drama, but that coupled with road closures meant a 25 min delay in the drive back from the busy area of Stratford, which isn’t the hotels fault but is something to consider upon booking. The spa facilities which are included in the booking are top of the line and the very reason I selected this hotel,...

"We were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel was covered in scaffolding and the entrance looked much more like a 1970s multi-storey carpark than a 4* hotel. The stairs (the lift was out of order), reception area and room were very dated. The soundproofing in the bathroom was non-existent (my wife could hear everything next door). Having said that the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok."
