"Very comfortable extra large bed. It was a bit challenging to get the air conditioning to get a steady temperature so needed to adjust frequently. The lunch buffet was just okay and overpriced. But there are LOTS of food options and a supermarket just 2 minutes away. The hotel is literally just a few minutes from the train station. Our corner room was on the opposite side from the station and was really quiet."

"We were under the impressiom that we had booked two twin rooms but when we got there we were given two double rooms. The hotel couldn't fix this for us as they were fully booked for the rugby world cup. One of the boys had to sleep on the floor as he was not comfortable sharing a bed. The staff were friendly enough but spoke very little English, but I wouldn't hold that against them considering this is Japan, this did however make explaining the room situation a bit harder. Just be careful...
