"Booked 2 superior rooms for 3 pax under same reservation reference no. but given only 1 room upon check-in. After further check with the reception, the rooms were upgraded to 4 pax capacity without extra charge. Room TVs are not functioning. Not given aircon remote control, unable to adjust the temperature. Rooms too cold at night due to wet weather. Anyway, the rooms and washrooms are very spacious and clean. "It's a nice hotel for the rate charged. Great service and nice location by the beach. Only complaint I have is the cramped bathroom. The door to the bathroom opens inwards and makes it very tight to move around in the bathroom. I don't understand why they don't have the door open outwards instead. The door frames will allow that."
