"Booked 2 superior rooms for 3 pax under same reservation reference no. but given only 1 room upon check-in. After further check with the reception, the rooms were upgraded to 4 pax capacity without extra charge. Room TVs are not functioning. The door to the bathroom opens inwards and makes it very tight to move around in the bathroom. I don't understand why they don't have the door open outwards instead.
