“A "Leading Hotels of the World" -for a reason”
Every single member of staff we encountered were always friendly, polite and attentive. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, staff - full marks, cleanliness -full marks, facilities -full marks, upkeep -full marks.
“A wonderful experience”
This was our fourth stay at this delightful hotel. We love the relaxing atmosphere, extremely friendly staff and a great spa experience. If you have not stayed here, do yourselves aa favour and give it a try. It is worth the expense!

“Highly Recommended Hotel”
We went end of October. Easy to get to by car from the airport (Tenerife North). Excellent reception and service. Very nice rooms with views all around sea spa or mountain. Restaurants excellent, tried them all but each one closed one day a week. Spa facilities the best I've seen. Beautiful tranquil gardens. Probably the best hotel in Tenerife.
“Brilliant Botanico”
Hotel Botanico lived up to its reputation as one of the leading hotels of the world. Every aspect was exceptionally good - food, room, spa, gardens, etc. And the staff were excellent - friendly, courteous and totally helpful. A delight
“Loved it”
This hotel was one of the best we have stayed in for a while. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choice was excellent and the Chef did a mean omlette. The rooms were clean and our view of the mountain from the balcony was superb. We made good use of the Spa, Gym, and other facilities. With two teenagers who needed to revise for exams and two worn out adults this was the perfect place to relax, unwind and be pampered.

3 restaurants in hotel - quite expensive but good quality. Swimming pool in grounds surrounded by tropical gardens. Balcony on room overlooking pool and with good view of mountain in distance (when not cloudy).
“A haven of peace and tranquility”
A splendid hotel that was a pleasure to return to after a day out. Breakfast has to be seen to be believed. The spa was exciting, relaxing and great fun. Hotel staff pleasent, friendly and helpful without being stuffy. Enjoy!
“Wonderful Relaxing Hotel & Resort”
Hotel Botanico is a wonderful relaxing hotel and immaculately clean and very well maintained. Good selection of food for breakfast and lovely cocktails in the bar in the evening. Beautiful gardens with black swans and helpful poolside attendants that help with beds and towels. Spa is very relaxing and tranquil as you would hope. We booked for 4 nights and liked it so much we extended our stay to 8 nights. Downside the carpets are aging and maybe the décor a bit tired. Staff could be a bit hit and miss most were fantastic a few were indifferent, none were rude. I would recommend this hotel and we would go back. The hotel was once grand and I felt it has a good feel and a kind of magic about it
