"we love this hotel because its old style and classic. everything works as it should but it needs redecoration however i like it very much as it is. rooms are very quiet and i love the space in the rooms. i struggle with Japanese hard mattresses so bring my own top up mattress then i have a lovely comfortable stay. we would love for this hotel to remain open and have a paint job done. its a lovely classic hotel. "Good location but a built tired hotel"

"Great hotel, especially for its price. Staff were very accommodating when we accidentally sent our luggage there a day early; they could all speak great English. Walking distance to 2 different train stations, Grand Front mall (which has every store you'd need), and convenience stores.The hotel itself is quiet but very close to some late-night eats and busy areas. Only downside is the laundry is a bit on the pricey side at the hotel and the nearest laundromat is a bit of a walk, so keep that...

"Location was very convenient as less than 10 min walk to major malls and 5 min away from food alley. What is great is that amenities are self service and guests take only what is needed to cut down waste."
