Hotel was on the Osaka loop line, a station is right across the road. However it is quite a walk to the metro stations. A dining complex and a Tully cafe is located right besides the property. In the area, you can also find plenty of local restaurants. One definite advantage is that the airport limousine stops at the hotel from Itami airport.

Like the spacious room and big twin bed. Reception staff is english speaking and helpful. Room is clean but would like a firmer bed. Also, although non smoking room, can still detect a slight lingering of cigarette smell when you enter. Request for room with city view and high floor and was very very pleased with the view. Hotel is right across JR line Fukushima Station. No subway though, so must use JR line to access any subway line at Umeda subway station. The JR line goes direct to Kansai airport but do ask reception for timetable of train departure. Also take note, that only carriage 1,2,3,4 will arrive at Kansai airport. Plenty of food nearby..
