"Hernan the owner is an absolute gem. He provided an excellent introduction to the area and gave us a bottle of champagne to ring in the new year. Keep in mind, this is an apartment, not a fancy hotel. The room had everything you need, the sheet are clean etc... but expect some wear-and-tear and the need to fidget with the showers. Also, the place is only five minutes from fun bars, restaurants and night life. "

"Great flat with everything you need and a stunning view, clean and well looked after, check-in was smooth and quick, you will need a car though as it it's about 15 min drive from Vina town centre and the beach and apart from a few shops there isn't anything in the area. Would definitely recommend."

"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. "You have to take some stairs to enter the property but that is normal in the “cerros” of Valparaíso and the staff is ready to help you with the luggage. They also offer a safe parking place which is not that easy to find in Cerro Alegre. "
