“Great Place to Stay - Superb Staff”
The staff was great! Especially Jennifer who was helpful on where to go to eat and what to do for New Year's. The hotel had a problem with the room cards on New Year's and Jennifer did an outstanding job.
“Great Hotel in the Heart of Vancouver”
The front desk staff were excellent - both friendly and helpful. The conceirge was attentive and responsive and always friendly. This hotel is a must. Great location and access to all that Vancouver has to offer. Will stay here again.
“Absolutely satisfying experienceFront”
Hotel was clean, meals excellent with good variety of food and very reasonable prices. We were able to leave luggage with hotel until check in and start touring the city. Conseoir fabulous for phoning cabs, giving directions for walking to destination and booking tours for us. Hotel was in downtown Vancouver so we could walk anywhere as layout of city is very easy to get used to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vancouver.
“Executive Hotel Experience”
The staff and service was great and very helpful all the time. The restaurant was not open for 4 days when we were there in the afternoon or evening due to holidays but when we did go to the restaurant, it was very good and the service was excellant. The hotel is situated very close to the downtown area,the English Bay area & Granville island. It was very easy to get to any area we wanted to go via taxi.
“Excellent accommodations, but.....”
For being a wine themed hotel that boasts about having a hosted wine bar tasting 6 nights a week, they should have more than 1 wine for tasting. When we were there for our one night, they only had a merlot to taste, and if you're not a fan of reds, it's a little disappointing.

Great room, a bit small but still nice. Fully stocked mini fridge. The bed was rather firm but not terrible. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Many locations within walking distance or having something delivered is an option as well.

Great hotel and walking distance from everything. The staff was great, there are complimentary apples. You can negotiate with the front desk for free parking.
