“Can't wait to go back”
We will definitely be returning to this hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel accomodation was great and the food was fab.
“Best Kept Secret in Venice”
We had already stayed at this hotel last year and were totally impressed. We were not disappointed. The hotel is not in Venice proper, but 1 train stop from Venice. Easy access from the airport and no lugging suitcases across bridges and cobblestones to get to your hotel (and no water taxi - just a short bus ride from the airport). The rooms are lovely - larger than any other European hotel we have ever stayed in and comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel is very modern and environmentally friendly. The breakfast, which is included is probably the best breakfast of any hotel we have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world - fresh, abundant and great quality. The hotel also has a restaurant, which we ate in a couple of nights and the food is great. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and really care. They are not afraid of making suggestions of where to go visit and where to eat. We think this hotel is a real gem and recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Venice.
“Would be my choice again if returning to Venice”
A short coach drive from Treviso Airport if travelling to Venice with Ryanair (approx 30 mins)at a cost of 10 euros Return, this hotel is opposite the station for your visit to Venice. Despite the close proximity to the station, we found the hotel to be well sound-proofed. The hotel itself is nicely furnished, and having dined in the evening and enjoyed a full buffet breakfast each morning, we consider that our choice of hotel was excellent value for money. The hotel staff met our needs in a polite and efficient manner, and we would not hesitate to book a return stay there as the quality of staff, food and ambient atmosphere were exemplorary for the price we paid.
“an excellent hotel”
This hotel is in an excellent position, literally opposite the train station for the 15 minute ride (only 1 euro) to Venice. Couldn't hear any noise at night from the trains. We had a quadrupal room, which was huge. It was made up of a large room for parents, with the biggest bed I have ever slept in. The adjoining room through sliding doors was also very big, with two separate beds for our children. Excellent bathroom - very big and with everything you need. Wonderful breakfast. Receptionist not overly friendly. Definitely recommend for family. Watch out, though, the hotel charges 10 euros per day for parking your car.
“Refreshing, Great Choice, Convenient”
This is a modern, clean hotel, right across from the train station. Easy 10 minute train ride into Venice. How refreshing to stay in an updated, good sized room with flat screen tv, english speaking channels on tv, and large bathroom. The breakfast was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful. Easy access by bus to the airport. This was by far the best hotel and most reasonably priced hotel we stayed in on our trip through France and Italy. Highly recommend it!
“Best Western Hotel Bologna is the Best”
I would definitely stay at the Best Western Hotel Bologna again. The hotel has a modern, sophisticated décor. After a long day seeing the sights of Venice we enjoyed spending time at the bar in the evenings chatting with our traveling partners. At the bar you can order small, well prepared snacks. They have a restaurant supported with a full kitchen staff. It would be a nice place to eat even if you weren’t staying a t the hotel. The breakfast room was well appointed and had a substantial selection of foods to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. The front desk assisted us, as well as other patrons, in knowing how to take the train from the train station located just across the street to Venice and back.
“An Amazing Value!”
This hotel is located directly across from the train station that leads directly to Venice. The schedule was very regular. It took aobut 10 minutes to arrive right in Venice. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. There was even a bidet in the bathroom. I was extremely impressed for the price I paid. I was happy that I didn't spend the money on a hotel right in venice. Also, there were some great, cheap and genuine Italian restaurants down the street. As well, there was a coin laundry facility within a 5 minute walk of the hotel.
“Made our stay in Venice.”
A very well run hotel, friendly, accommodating and there for the foreign traveller, across the street from the railway station, one stop into Venice-one Euro and 8 mins later the Grand Canal is in front of you.Internet is there, ice from the best bartender I have met overseas, just ask, and the breakfast buffet is a full breakfast. The food in the hotel is also very good ( I am a restaurant owner in New York) Would I recommend this hotel, YES and would definitely go back again to our " home away from home in Venice"
“Perfect hotel for luxury in budget”
Hotel is at a perfect location. Just in front of train station. Takes 10 minutes to go to Venice. Hotel has a secured car parking for 10 euros a day. Staff is very helpful and guided us patiently for whatever we asked. They always have travel tickets and passes available with them. I would highly recommend it to everybody.
