"This was billed as a hotel and was not. Even the taxi driver could not find it! It is a tiny apartment next to the laundry room on the ground floor under a train trestle. And by the way, there is no air conditioning. The choice was to leave the windows open and deal with the noise of the train or keep the windows shut in the record breaking heat.
