"Seventh floor room with no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up 130 steps similar to a medieval castle. The room is fine but the trip up is challenging. Fortunately my wife wasn’t with me or I would have had to forfeit the rent and found a real hotel. If you like climbing this is the place for you."

"This hotel has more of a bed and breakfast feel than a hotel. The staff was so kind, and they remembered my cappuccino order every morning! The location was perfect for us, and when we booked the room incorrectly, they quickly came up with another room. They were also kind enough to do my friend’s laundry for free.
