Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again.

Gennaro and the entire staff was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for anymore who wants to have a true wonderful Naples experience in the heart of the city.

Great stay and location!

Great stay, great communication, and friendly super helpful staff. My family of 5 stayed and really enjoyed it for only 1 night. Couch was a bit stained which was not acceptable for the price in my opinion. Love the location, super close to everything. The history of the building is awesome and loved the terrace on top!

This was a perfect place to stay in Naples. It's right off Spaccanapoli, which means its a super walkable area with a lot nearby. I found staying here is probably preferable to the Via Toledo area, which is much busier (though both are busy). The hotel was super clean (our room actually got cleaned multiple times a day, if anything it felt excessive!) and it feels private, safe, and quiet, despite being right off a major pedestrian street. There's a nice little rooftop hangout space and a friendly and helpful 24-hour check-in. Would absolutely say here again!

A quiet place in a bustling city.

This hotel is nothing short of wonderful. On a busy street in Naples, this is a peaceful oasis. Great service. Loved the room. And it was very quiet. And this was our second visit. We will be back.

Being on a small farm near a small village was just what we were looking for. No urban noise, just peace and quiet (with some amusing peacocks in the mix). A 15 minute walk to the village - small grocery stores, pharmacy, ATM, and gelato.

People in the hotel were so nice and helped us in everything that was posible. It’s located in a very busy are in Napoli , so if you don’t like the crowds this is not the place for you . I enjoyed it and it was a lot of fun . The room was perfect

Licia at the front desk was so helpful! We were only there for a short time but she arranged an early am transfer during a taxi strike and messaged our confirmation via WhatsApp while we were out and gave us the best pizza recommendation close by. Still dreaming of it. We also had trouble finding an atm and messaged her and she gave us a location immediately. Really amazing service. We’re typically diy travelers, but everyone has an off day and she really made things easier for us. Even offered us Prosecco when our arrival transfer from another hotel didn’t go as planned. Hotel was boutique-y and beautiful and an awesome location with a beautiful terrace that you can see the water and mt Vesuvius from with a glass of wine from the bar! Hope to stay here again for longer than a night!

Staff were lovely & very helpful but the facilities were well below what you might expect for a 4 star hotel. Beds were rock solid - this wasn't a preference thing, it literally felt like we were sleeping on a block of wood. Breakfast choices were limited. Coffee making facilities were in the hallway. Showers were either scalding hot or freezing cold. Hugely expensive for what it was and glad it was only one night.

Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. The entrance to the hotel is gated and accessed by code after hours, adding to safety. Plenty of old world charm with modern convenience and safety.

The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below. This hotel ideally situated in Naples historic centre and within easy walking distance to all attractions.

Unique Boutique Hotel experience

Great two night stay in the heart of Naples. Modern bedroom and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Very tasty breakfast. Good service from all staff, especially those on the front desk who catered for our every need. Great restaurant recommendations. Great air conditioning as it was very hot in Naples when we stayed. This hotel is truly unique and different, from the entrance doorway and lift to the staircases and outside terrace. It isn't the cheapest hotel, but look no further.

Charming hotel feels like a city Villa with historic furnishings but with all the modern conveniences- they think of everything and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the center—the atmosphere was perfect for Naples and experiencing the culture and people! The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The rooftop for a for welcome drink was a perfect start!

Let me start with the good: the staff are very helpful and friendly, the room was nicely appointed, roomy, and clean. The hotel is close to restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately, the area that the hotel is in is covered in graffiti and while it’s not unsafe, it certainly doesn’t make a good impression when you arrive. You also may not be able to get a taxi or car directly to the hotel depending on the time of day. We were dropped off a couple of blocks away by our taxi and really struggled to find the hotel as there was only a big metal door (with graffiti all over it) and a small sign. Eventually we found the intercom and the staff opened the gate. Once we got in we liked the hotel, but we were not prepared for how rough the area was.

This serendipitous find was a godsend during our first night in Naples, when we unexpectedly found ourselves without a hotel reservation. Hidden behind a graffiti-covered green gate on Spaccanapoli (the most bustling street of the city), this hotel itself is situated on several floors of the former residence of a count. We stayed in a family suite with a loft that had two additional twin beds perfect for our two teenagers. They have the option to have breakfast in their small dining room, which was fresh and delicious, especially their house-made orange marmalade and custom-made omelettes. There is also a beautiful terrace, which gives stunning views of the city of Naples! Special thanks to Licia and Gennaro, who were working the 24-hour front desk during our short stay, and helped us immensely! Licia guided us on the phone at night, when we could not locate it behind the closed gate. She also helped us call a taxi and personally helped us wheel our luggage to the nearest taxi stand after we checked out. The hotel stored our luggage safely after we checked out while we toured the city and felt very safe, well-maintained and convenient. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a few days in the heart of Napoli!
