“Short stay”
The Arora was a very pleasant hotel ideal for an overnight stay for an early morning Gatwick flight. I did not really have time to assess the hotel other than the room which was perfectly fine and quiet with all the basic facilities you would require including tea and coffee.

Near gatwick with airport shuttle. Also near Crawley train station. Very luxurious at decent price for London.
“Excellent Guest Services Department”
Although we only stayed here one night at the beginning of our Honeymoon I was extremley pleased by the proffessionalism of the guest services department at the Arora. They ensured there were flowers, chocolates and Champagne in the room on arrival for my wife and given that we were delayed in arriving ensured that we made it into London in time to see our booked West End show. I couldn't have asked for more. The Perfect place to stay before any long journey.
“Fantastic Hotel Close to Gatwick”
The Arora is a great hotel, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and well stocked bathrooms. Tea making facility with trouser press,iron and hairdryer in the room. The staff were friendly and efficient. The sandwiches and tea in the cafe were great. Perfect hotel for a stopover from Gatwick.

this is a 5 star hotel, with 3 star prices. If your not happy with this hotel you won't be happy with any.
“Very Comfortable Hotel”
This hotel is very comfortable, and well managed. The rooms were well equipped and the hotel resturant was excellent. I will most certainly plan to stay there again on a return trip.
“Excellent All Round”
Having stayed in many airport hotels in Gatwick and Heathrow. We chose this because it was just that bit further away, and we hoped that the accommodation and food would be better for it. We were not disappointed - excellent room and the bar and restaurant (although we didn't eat in the hotel) were very smart. Crawley town centre, five minutes walk away, is not at all bad for eating out, if you're not too choosy.
“Very Nice Hotel”
Very nice hotel. Very clean; the room was a good size with a comfortable bed and all the amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
“Value-Priced Completely Decent Gatwick Stopover Hotel ...”
This hotel is value priced and very modern and clean. Its location on the rail line allows an easy trip into central London if desired (about an hour each way).
“Excellent value for money”
Very nice relaxing atmosphere. I stayed before, a year ago. Had a good meal in the 'pub'. Went to the main area by the water feature and chilled out with a beer. Nice friendly and helpful staff. I got the shuttle from and to the airport, which cost 5 pounds each way, but I'm sure it was much cheaper than a taxi. Would definitely stay again next time I have a lay-over. Overall, excellent value for the price I paid.
