"Marvellous breakfast and staff who were extra helpful, finding us a room more suitable for the elderly than the original booking. Room was very convenient and clean, Both of us sadly found the beds uncomfortable and the ac very cold! Large car park at the hotel but like so many hotels these days, the main dining room was unexpectedly closed to individual guests in the evenings due to a party booking, both the nights we were there. Fortunately we found a fantastic pub 5 minutes walk away serving outstanding local British food with generous helpings and fresh veg unadulterated by fancy sauces., Also, some interesting alternative choices from more exotic Cuisines. Possibly this is what the hotel usually offers too, but we can't comment."

"Very convenient right in the South Terminal and you are definitely paying premium for that! Everything from check in to lights to climate to check out was automated and very easy and that was great (although the wifi and signal were a bit patchy). Be prepared - rooms are MINISCULE. We took a double and the bed was enclosed in 3 walls, no windows or other seats. The shower was basically on top of the toilet (but was a nice shower). Clean, modern, functional for very early flights but not a place to spend any time."

"We had a beautiful suite which was clean & absolutely gorgeous with a sea view . All the staff we spoke to from reception to the breakfast area , cleaning and front of house / lobby were courteous ,informative and helpful . We also had a great breakfast which was buffet style where you helped yourself - there was a wide range of hot and cold food to choose from , which included fruits ,cereal ,pastries , lots of different types of bread , and a variety of full English breakfast foods to choose from ,they even had a chef to cook things while you waited .We chose a cooked breakfast which was delicious . The lobby was beautiful and well maintained , with fresh flowers , decorative mirrors pictures , and a piano for added interest. They offer a car valet service too - so you just park up outside and give them your keys and they’ll take care of parking the car and sorting your luggage for you as well . Parking is limited on a first come first served basis as they nay have 40 spaces . On this occasion we didn’t take advantage of this service but it’s good to know for next time . All in all we had a wonderful time so would definitely return ."

"Hi. If you are looking for a countryside, quiet, clean place ,this is the right one . The only downside was ,it was 35 degree hot but no AC ,only 2 small fan was given, For a family room. Also the man in reception could be a bit more helpfull and polite otherwise I would give them 4 star . Price realy reasonable."

"I loved the bar and restaurant staff, super friendly and surprisingly good food in the restaurant. The rooms has great cold AC (rare in Europe for some reason). The Rooms are a bit dated but the beds are comfortable and a comfortable size as well. Complaints? The pool in the picture is a wellness center next door and is paid, not a free amenity. Everything in here aside from the bar itself seems to close really early..."
