"The question should be what was not to like??? And that answer would be, nothing!! This hotel was fabulous. The rooms large by Japanese standards, a super sized King bed, extremely quiet, never heard anything while in the room. Surprisingly since it is above on of the largest train stations in all of Tokyo. The staff is all about service! We were warmly greeted every time we entered the lobby area. "This place was amazing. Way better than I thought it would be. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Only few things I didn't like were the laundry facilities and microwave would have been nice in both buildings and not just the main one. Also the bathroom smelled a slight bit of urine and lastly I wished the staff spoke more fluent English. The on site restaurants were very sub par. Otherwise this place was nearly perfect. I would still come and stay here...
