"We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 young children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very walkable to Shibuya area attractions and easy pedestrian walkway to many train lines. The room was lovely with a stunning view of the city. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was immaculately clean. The buffet breakfast in the lobby restaurant had a wide selection of fresh foods every morning and was absolutely a good deal considering how many times my kids went back...

"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"We couldn't fault this place! The location is great - super easy to get around and stations, restaurants and 'The Scramble' are all within easy walking distance. You can walk to Harajuku and Meiji Jingu (well worth a visit by the way!) within 30 minutes. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our whole stay. "My second stay here, this time for 7 days and I’ll be back. It’s a no nonsense, safe, clean and convenient place to stay near Shibuya. Always a little street noise Friday and Saturday night but not so much to disturb sleep. Friendly staff and rooms big enough for one for a week or two for a few days."
