The staffs are friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to everything especially the train stations. The service is excellent and they will try and accommodate the guests. Their buffet for breakfast is very good as well.

Great location. Clean and staff were very helpful. Easy access to the transit and the local chaos. Rooms are very small. Think along the lines of a small cruise ship cabin, not a luxary Hilton room. We would recommend and we would stay again.

Overall I found Tokyu REI Hotel to be a great stay in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, in either English or Japanese, and the room and amenities were good for the price range. My only real negative for the property is that their laundry room is very small for so many floors and if you want to self serve it can be complicated to coordinate.

This hotel is in such a convenient location and very close <5min to shibuya station. The staff are very nice and always helpful. The hotel also has breakfast and the food was very good. Rooms are compact - but that’s expected for Tokyo I think. We were a family of four, but needed to get 2 rooms. Rooms were very tidy, available water machines on every floor and coin laundry!
