"Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. They even offered a complimentary room upgrade. It is conveniently located next to Shibuya station. There are plenty of things to do and eat in the area. I took off one staff for service /staff as during check out it would have been nice if they offered to assist with luggage. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!"

"AMAZING property, centrally located in the financial district. I take one solo trip yearly, and stay at FourSeasons. Otemachi did not dissapoint! The two hour massage was amaIng. George and Tsatsu at concierge are amazing! VIRTU is a vibe! Keith and his team were amazing. The pizza in the hotel is to die for! I will see you soon, FourSeasons Otemachi! "Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg.
