"We stayed for a night and the staff was very friendly. We got early check/in and a complementary late checkout. Please mind that this was off season so they were probably operating under capacity and were able to give us these options. Food was a little pricey but tasted good. Great staff and pool amenities. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). "Overall, the property is very nice, clean and peaceful at the time we stayed. Room looks very spacious but the carpet was old and faded. Outdoor amenities are excellent. Food service not good at the Chef's Secret Window. Most of the time it was unattended or nobody there to take orders. Fireside Lounge and Las Brizas Bar has good service and food tasted very good."
