"The only issue we had was the beds kept slipping from the headboard. Ended up wedging our cases and chair at the bottom of the bed to stop our pillows and head from falling down the back!!"

"The room said airport veiw! Very restricted view because of very large building opposite. We paid extra for a airport/runway view if i had known the view was that restricted i would have chosen another hotel with a better view or not paid extra for a room with a view."

We corresponded with Expedia and through them were advised that we would not be refunded. As we did not stay at the hotel we can’t really review. But we were disappointed that they did not even offer a partial refund - given the circumstances "
