"The staff were cheerful, welcoming, helpful and considerate. They answered any queries or concerns. Nothing fazed them to help or find out for us. Walkable distance from Paddington Central Station. Plenty of eating places and coffee shops. Very near to central London. Quiet and safe place to stay. Actually ONLY 3 stars were given because the sink and shower did not drain well probably due blockage in the pipe work. PLUS We didn’t complain as we only stayed one night. ALSO the room was very very very small for 3 adults, we expected 3 single beds as described when booking the room. Instead we had a double and single bed. Again we kept schtum as we only were staying the night. Otherwise we would have had to say something about the size of the room. On the whole it was pleasantly clean and comfortable, for one night. THEREFORE 3 STARS ONLY "
