The location is close to Paddington Station which is very convenient. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood type area that isn’t crowded. The rooms were clean but very small.

We stayed four nights and our room and bathroom were always immaculate - good housekeeping staff. The reception desk, though busy, was always helpful and available. The location is just far enough from the busy Paddingtonstation area to be quiet and interesting.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very well kept. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to transportation to all major attractions and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient location for walking access to rail and underground at Paddington Station. Clean, good service, however the double room I was in was very small, and the couples bed was full size, not queen - may be a little tight for many Americans.

The location was good, close to Paddington Station and lot of small restaurants and stores. But the hotel room was very small. The entry way to the room and elevator had an old place odor. a/c did not work. It was hot although it was nice and cool outside. They did not clean the room the second day because we had not pushed the person button, which we did not know. We thought they will clean my default.

Nothing deluxe about our deluxe double room 411. Poor layout, no space around the bed which was against exterior wall. Top of the wardrobe covered in heavy dust. Hot water control erratic in shower scalding hot or cold. Fridge in room didn't chill drinks in 2 days. Bar was never open, no facilities better to add some vending machines. Staff were friendly. Would never return, felt hotel description was very misleading - Nothing Grand!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Park Grand Paddington Court for two nights, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was small and compact, the carpet was worn out and the furnitures dated and in need of updating.

Great and concenient stay for Wembley concerts

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accomodating. We were kindly offered complimentary breakfast on checkin but kindly declined as we had prior plans. We returned late after a concert and the staff went and got us some biscuits and fruit which was so lovely. Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a microwave! A little tired looking in some places but not unclean. Beds were super comfy and the water was hot. Would stay again 🙂

What a lovely hotel!

The hotel was amazing! Very lovely hotel with great location, friendly staff and nice interior. Rooms lovely and quiet, beds very comfortable and bedsheets nice and soft. Will definitely be back there. Thank you so much for the stay!
