It was OK, but honestly the smallest room I've ever stayed in. While they do have a lift, you still have to go up a half dozen steps to get to it. Can be a challenge with luggage.

Stuff are so rude , room not clean , very small there’s no place to put ur luggage four times we have to request towels they don’t leave u towels , elevators most time broke didn’t work u have to carry ur stuff on stairs I don’t recommend it

We went to check in and were moved to the sister hotel (which we didn’t choose) down the road. For the price and claims that they’re 4 stars the bedrooms are tiny. The bed was tiny, bathroom very small and it felt very claustrophobic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but the hotel not as advertised.
