Hotel was great in a fab location to Paddington station. Staff friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are lovely with lots of amenities fridge, microwave, kettle, safe and hairdryer with good storage. The hotel its self is a labyrinth. We had to go up the lift to come down stairs to get to room. If you need a lift you get to your room this hotel would not be for you, if not don’t let this put you off.

Our room did not have a fridge, i mean what else would you guys want me to say? ... The AC was not cool enough too... The room was burning.

I had one of the cheapest rooms so it was naturally quite small but the sheets were a little dusty and rough and I didn’t like the layout of the room or location right off the main hallway. The staff were very nice and helpful and the area was excellent.

I noticed from outside half the building needed painting Also my room had poor wifi and this was very frustrating when trying to communicate with members of my family. Breakfast was ok but I noticed the jams were of poor quality, the jams looked just like a jelly without real fruit in it . There was also a lack of choices when it came to slice bread for toasting

Close to Paddington station which makes it convenient to come and go to the airport on the Heathrow express. Room was big but the hotel looks a bit old. There were some bad posits on the hallways when we arrived. But overall it was ok.

Good place to stay to go travel outside of UK or trip to any travelers destinations. Buckingham palace is walkable distance via Hyde park which I did twice for a day. Heathrow airport is 45 minutes distance including 10 minutes walk to Paddington station. Small groceries are 1 minute away and lots of interesting pubs and restaurants are around hotel. Facilities are updated and quite roomy compared to other hotel I stayed last year in this area. Breakfast is kind of classic British breakfast which I love to have (I paid 11 LBS because I didn’t have time to shop around). I would stay this hotel if I have a chance to visit London soon)
