We stayed at the Stylotel twice during our 2 week trip to the UK. On the first stay, we were given a lovely spacious room on the 3rd floor which even had a loft. On the second stay,10 days later we had booked a room with 2 twin beds, which was all they had left. As soon as we saw the room, we went to reception and asked for a different room. We were told there was nothing available but we could speak to the manager in the morning to see what could be done. We decided to just stay in that room and make the best of it. The best thing about it was the proximity to the breakfast room, which was right next to the room. The buffet breakfast was actually quite good. The worst thing was the tiny weird bathroom. We were told that there was an extensive remodel planned to update all the rooms to match the 3rd floor room that we had the week before. I do have to say that the staff was very helpful. They arranged 2 private taxi rides for us to go Heathrow, which saved us a lot. We also took the train from Heathrow to Paddington station, which was very close to the hotel. The front desk also arranged a hop on hop off bus tour for us. The location of the hotel was great. We would stay there again if we were able to book the first room.
