Great budget hotel. We had a triple room, which was well equipped (coffee /tea/bathroom products), clean and quiet. Breakfast was one of the best I had in a hotel. I would recommend .

Veldig bra beliggenhet, sentralt men rolig gate. Hyggelig personale. Grei frokost. Veldig små rom og bad. Funket for oss som ikke ønsket å tilbringe mye tid på rommet, men er man en person som av en eller annen grunn har behov for litt plass rundt seg er ikke dette stedet

Zimmer relativ klein aber völlig ausreichend, da nur zum Schlafen und Frischmachen dort. Bad winzig aber für eine Person in Ordnung- einzig eine Lüftung im Bad fehlt. Das Team der Rezeption war durchwegs freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort absteigen.

Excellent central location. Easy access to bus/train stops and walkable to a lot of tourist attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. We paid for breakfast but ate out- smelled good from lounge/snack area. Rooms are quite small but have everything you need. My daughter called it ‘quaint.’ Only negatives are a) you have to carry luggage up stairs despite there being a lift b) it is noisy from hall, other rooms & the street. We had to shut our window at night because our room faced the street. Regardless, I’d stay her again if I was in London

I stayed here one night by myself and spent a wonderful time! The single room was clean. Welcome drinks (tea, coffee and hot chocolate) and a service drink (any alcohol you want) were awesome as well. All the stuffs were kind and told me how I enjoyed sightseeing in London. Ask them whenever you need help, and you must make stunning memories. Next time when I visit London, I definitely stay at this hotel!

Excellent hotel great location, front of desk was a very charming and informative man, the room was small but that's all you need. Lots of extras included free acholic drinks for 2 tea and coffee as much as you want . The included breakfast was gorgeous Will definitely stay again

Por favor no se hospeden aquí, el baño es terrible, hace muchísimo ruido y la regadera es súper súper súper pequeña. La habitación no está tan mal, pero yo no pude dormir debido a que los cuartos de al lado estaban haciendo demasiado ruido y el ruido es muy perceptible

Breakfast was well prepared, and the dining area was clean and welcoming. The staff were consistently kind and friendly, which made the stay very pleasant. The location is convenient, with many reasonably priced restaurants nearby and easy access to different parts of London. The surroundings were quiet, allowing for a comfortable rest. The facilities were appropriate for the price, and housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. I would strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable, no-frills stay that offers a good base for exploring London rather than a luxury experience.

Hotel was clean and adequate enough. The price is okay only because breakfast was included. The rooms are college dorm sized but a bit smaller. I don’t know how families manage to deal with several people being in one hotel room in a somewhat large hotel room but I really don’t know families got crammed into the small rooms being offered at this hotel. Staff wasn’t horrible but wasn’t exactly great either. Only one staff member present at the reception desk. It took a bit of time to check in because the staff member had a guest who just wanted a conversation upon checking in while I just wanted to check in. A different staff member dropped a curse word in which he and a guest (male) seemed hysterically funny. I suppose using the “f” bomb to spell out the Internet password is funny considering the situation but I never encountered hotel staff members being this unprofessional. I also checked out of the hotel early and no one was at the reception area. I rang the bell 3 to 4 times before someone came out of hiding to help me. It was very concerning because I wasn’t even checking out that early. If breakfast can be served at 7 AM then I think in my opinion that a staff member at reception at 7 AM would be reasonable so I can check out. I would not recommend this place if you need some space to try to relax and a more professional staff. Only staff if you don’t expect much but basic and clean.

The StyloStaff was very helpful and courteous. That's about where the good StyloNews ends. The StyloRoom had a strange StyloSmell to it. The StyloBed was as hard as a rock and I'm convinced it was one. The StyloShower had a hard time keeping a consistent temperature. The hallway light was always visible through the interior-facing StyloWindow in our StyloRoom, and kept it brighter than we'd have preferred. The room was also a bit small, though we knew that going in so it's not getting knocked for that. Overall 2/5 StyloStars, would not StyloStay again
