Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! I had a nice stay. The staff was very kind from the moment I arrived, and they stored my luggage until my room was ready. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. The location is great — close to restaurants and the tube.
