"First of all. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully allocated although I would suggest upgrading the television to a smart tv for an executive room such as this. That was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time for my back and neck issues. I was however very disappointed with the roof top. Namely because there’s a lot of open unused space that could be utilized as green space with plants and small trees to really liven up the vibe. The pool is outdated. I feel like...

"Hotel is ok but there’s no towel available. Called for request at 4pm, they promised to send at 5pm, until 12am there’s no towel available. Called again, they’ll send the next morning, replacing with fave towel, some badly torn. Bad service. "

"Unfortunately I was sick the entire time I was in Melaka so I didn't see much outside of the hotel. Good thing Moty was a great place to stay! The staff were very kind, the room was spacious and clean, and there were ample room service options from the onsite restaurant. I didn't get to sample the other facilities (pool, sauna) so I can't comment on those. The staff were helpful when I needed to extend the stay for an extra night. Thanks to Moty and their staff."

"Arguably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Ate at the Italian and Chinese restaurants, both excellent food and service. Room service needs some attention "
