"Really great location, less than 3 mins to the underground MRT line, lots and lots of buses and convenience stores, coffee shops, tea shops and clothes shops on your doorstep. For Muslim visitors they are aware of requirements with prayer directions and times in the room and bidets, however the breakfast for vegetarians and Muslims are very basic. They implement an eco cleaning system where they do a full clean every 3 days but I found the room quite dusty despite this. Overall I would stay...

"The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee.
