The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We booked the room expecting two double beds as per the booking description but was told at check in that it was 2 single beds. We needed window room but they could not offer us one and didn’t tell us when they gave us a family room. When we asked for help with the current situation, they said they couldn’t do anything and if we wanted to refund the room, they will gladly do so. We travelled from Vancouver to Taiwan and this was the kind of service a hotel would offer??? We highly recommend to not book this hotel

Convenient location w lots to eat and shop Facilities need major facelift Room had stuffy smell, I had to buy 2 bottles of air freshener to clear the staleness Breakfast time is like a war zone, had to clean up and sort paper plates etc Good thing is there’s a coin laundry, very handy for long travels
