Wonderful stay at iTaipei service apartment! The location was unbeatable, just above Taipei main station and Qsquare shopping centre. The mini kitchenette made it easy for quick breakfasts on those mornings that we couldn't wake up early enough. . Friendly front desk staff, security staff, and housekeeping staff. . Only drawback was that the pillows were too soft for me.

Good yet need better briefing

The I taipei was good as I stayed there several time. However this time the briefing by the staff was a bit rush and had not checked the hot water as well as the relevant switch. I have to called front desk later to fix the hat water as it was not turned as needed repairman to fix the switch.

good location, briefing can be better

he location is great and the price is OK. I stayed there for several times. However the staff can give a better briefing as it was a bit tricky to operate the hot water this time.. (it was some how off ) ,; last time it was some lighting that won,t turn off. . After a long travel on the road, travelers may not be able to catch every word that the staff said on the operating of various facilities in the room. A slow and throughout briefing can help the guest to have a great rest, especial for the first night and in a strange and new place.
